TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Campaign Overview

The “Your Year of More” Offer provides eligible customers with:

1. 8 weeks complimentary membership fees applied across a  52-week (annual) membership term

2. Waiver of the standard $99 joining fee.

 

The offer is available on either the annual Essential Membership or annual Ultimate Membership.  

 

2. Membership Discount

1. Annual Essential Membership: 8 weeks at $99 and the $99 fee waived equates to $891 in savings. 

2. Annual Ultimate Membership: 8 weeks at $175 and the $99 fee waives equates to $1499 in savings. 

3. All inclusions remain the same as the standard Essential and Ultimate membership products.

3. Eligibility

1. Offer available to new members and existing members.

2. Existing members who wish to take advantage of this promotion and stay on their current membership tier, must complete their current membership term before transitioning to the promotional annual membership. 

3. Existing members who are upgrading their membership tier can commence the promotional annual membership without seeing out their current membership term.

4. Term & Commitment

1. This is a 12-month minimum term membership.

2. Membership must be maintained for the full 12-month period to retain promotional pricing and benefits.

 

5. Payment & Billing

1. Membership fees will be billed weekly

2. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until arrears are paid.

6. Pauses, Freezes & Suspensions

1. Standard Native State pause policy applies.

2. Pauses do not extend or reduce promotional pricing beyond the agreed 12-month contract term.

7. Cancellations & Early Termination

1. Standard Native State cancellation policy applies.

2. If the membership is cancelled prior to the completion of the 12-month minimum term, the remaining term must be paid out in full in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

8. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Combinable

1. This promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

2. Cannot be swapped, exchanged, or combined with any other promotion, corporate pricing, or discount.

 

9. Membership Usage & Inclusions

1. Members receive access in line with their selected membership tier (Essential or Ultimate).

2. All standard house rules, booking policies, bathhouse + studio etiquette, and membership terms apply.

10. Changes to Offer

Native State reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not materially affect members who have already purchased during the campaign.

11. Australian Consumer Law

These Terms are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.​
